Cancel Appointment

• If you have an appointment you would like to cancel you can email cancellations to: info@ironoakmedical.ca

• Please add "cancel appointment" in the subject line. Include your full name, date of birth, and doctor's name, appointment date and time in the body of the email. 

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel otherwise you may be subject to a missed appointment fee, which varied depending on the type of appointment.

• Please do not email requests to book or reschedule appointments. 

• To book or reschedule appointments you will need to call our office directly.

• Please do not email medical questions to this email address.
