Online Booking

We are pleased to announce that we have activated Online Booking for all patients of Ironoak Medical Clinic.

The system will let you book appointments for the next day, up to a month in the future. For same day or urgent appointments please phone the office to speak with our staff.

If booking a Virtual visit (telephone or video), please read the Virtual Visits page and make sure you qualify for the visit, or your appointment may be cancelled. Kindly limit yourself to one or two appointments maximum.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

At least 24 hours notice must be given prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, or else you could be subject to a fee which may include, but are not limited to:

Repeated occurences will be invoiced and may result in dismissal from your doctor's practice.
